Overview

Executed a social media campaign focused on bringing more visibility to a NYC photographer’s work, upcoming exhibitions, and book.

  • Created copy for social media posts to engage and grow audience

  • Wrote blog posts about the photographer’s work and interviews with project participants

  • Engaged with audience via Instagram

  • Created and edited Instagram layouts to display photographs

  • Managed the photographer’s three different brand’s social media platforms (Paul Barbera / Where They Create / Love Lost) simultaneously

Strategies and Tactics

Developed consistent social media posting schedule using various planning softwares such as:

  • Later

  • Planoly

  • Sprout Social

Created stylized Instagram presence using a particular Instagram layout

Curated photos to post from the photographer’s vast series of images

Researched combinations of hashtags to improve post visibility
